# Track a transaction

Open transaction history in Coindisco and select the transaction to review its current status and details.

Depending on the provider and transaction direction, the transaction may move through created, pending, processing, completed, failed, canceled, or expired states.

## What to keep

For support requests, keep:

* the Coindisco transaction ID;
* the provider order or transaction ID;
* the wallet address and network;
* a payment receipt or blockchain transaction hash, when available;
* screenshots of the provider status or error.

Do not publish a transaction ID, wallet information, identity document, or payment details in a public channel.
