# Complete verification

The selected payment provider determines the verification required for a transaction.

## Provider verification

During checkout, the provider may request identity details, documents, a selfie, proof of address, or payment verification. Requirements can change with the region, amount, transaction history, and provider policies.

## Coindisco Reusable KYC

Signed-in users can complete Coindisco KYC when this feature is available. After approval, eligible offers can be marked **Reusable KYC** and the verification can be shared with supported providers.

Reusable KYC is optional and provider-specific. A provider can still request additional checks.

## Verification problems

If verification is rejected or remains pending:

* confirm that the submitted document is current and readable;
* make sure personal details match the document and payment account;
* check email and provider checkout for additional requests;
* contact the provider for a provider-specific decision;
* contact Coindisco support if the reusable KYC state is not updated correctly.
