# Common transaction issues

## Transaction is pending

Provider processing, payment verification, KYC, bank settlement, or blockchain confirmation can delay a transaction. Check the provider checkout and email for required actions before contacting support.

## Payment failed

Confirm the billing details and provider limits. If supported, try another payment method or provider. Repeated attempts can trigger bank or provider risk controls.

## Verification failed

Make sure documents are valid, readable, and match the entered personal details. Provider compliance decisions must normally be resolved with the provider.

## Crypto was not received

Check the transaction status, wallet address, network, and blockchain transaction hash. Indirect purchases can require both provider completion and an on-chain swap.

## Sell payout was not received

Confirm that the provider received the crypto deposit and that the bank or payout destination details were accepted. Fiat settlement can complete later than the blockchain transfer.
