Open Profile > Support to access feature requests, the Help Center, and contact options.

Submit a ticket

Use the Coindisco ticket form for transaction, payment, verification, refund, or delivery issues.

Include:

• Coindisco transaction ID;

• provider name and provider order ID;

• transaction direction, asset, network, fiat, and amount;

• wallet address or blockchain transaction hash when relevant;

• screenshots of the status or error;

• the email used for the transaction.

Never attach full card details, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary identity documents.
