# Partner support

For onboarding, widget, White Label API, production access, or provider configuration questions, email:

For a technical issue, include:

* partner and widget identifier;
* sandbox or production environment;
* endpoint and HTTP method;
* request timestamp and correlation identifiers;
* sanitized request and response bodies;
* Coindisco transaction or search ID;
* steps to reproduce.

Remove API secrets, webhook signature keys, personal data, and payment details before sharing logs.
