# Customer support

## In-app support

Open **Profile > Support** to access feature requests, the Help Center, and contact options.

## Submit a ticket

Use the [Coindisco ticket form](https://coindisco.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new) for transaction, payment, verification, refund, or delivery issues.

Include:

* Coindisco transaction ID;
* provider name and provider order ID;
* transaction direction, asset, network, fiat, and amount;
* wallet address or blockchain transaction hash when relevant;
* screenshots of the status or error;
* the email used for the transaction.

Never attach full card details, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary identity documents.
